Confirmations of orders will be sent to the customer via the email address entered on the order form.
Regular Shipping orders placed before 2:00pm AEST should be received within 3-5 business days. This service can take longer to regional areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected.
Actual delivery dates may vary due to weekends, holidays or unexpected schedule disruptions. Customers may be charged goods and services tax as required by applicable laws. Tax charges will appear on the order confirmation and the customer may cancel or approve the order before shipping. Regulations may prohibit us from shipping some items to specific locations. If an item is prohibited from shipping to the customer’s residence, the customer will be notified at the time of order and the order may be cancelled or modified at that time. All orders leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If an order is damaged in shipping customers should return the damaged item within 7 days, and we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
Bulky or large items. We reserve the right to cancel an order whereby the postage calculated costs do not meet the real cost of delivering any such item. We will contact you with the correct amount of shipping for these items if they exceed what you have already paid. You will then have the option to proceed or cancel this order.
Extra charges will also apply to large orders that require an express post. We will contact you with the amount of additional shipping required.
Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered products to you.
Our products have been scientifically proven to be extremely effective in the management of their targeted pest groups. We accept no liability for products that fail to perform if they have not been used to target the correct species, or if the product has not been prepared as per the instructions on the label. If however you are confident that the product that you have purchased is faulty, please contact us immediately to arrange an assessment.
